What we collect
When you send a quote request we collect the details you type into the form: your name, phone number, email address, event date, guest count, budget range, delivery address or venue, design notes, and any reference photo you choose to upload. We collect this because we cannot quote a cake without it.
We do not collect payment card details through this website. Deposits and balances are handled separately through a payment provider, and we never see or store your full card number.
How we use it
Solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare your quote, and (if you go ahead) bake and deliver your cake. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a marketing list unless you ask us to.
How long we keep it
Quote requests are retained for up to twelve months so we can reference past orders and repeat designs. You can ask us to delete yours sooner at any time.
Who else sees it
- Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes the request and stores standard server logs.
- Our email provider delivers your request to our inbox.
- Nobody else. We do not share enquiries with third parties.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not use advertising cookies or cross-site trackers. If analytics are enabled, they are configured to measure page views and form completions in aggregate, not to identify you personally.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Email littlecakeshop2024@yahoo.com or text 813-421-1095 and we will handle it.
Children
This site is intended for adults placing cake orders. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
