11 cakes, 12 fillings, mixed however you like. Every cake is baked to order, nothing is pulled from a freezer.
About Tres Leches
Tres Leches is soaked in three milks after baking, which makes it soft and means it has to stay refrigerated right up until serving. It is superb, and yes, we do make it for weddings, including tiered cakes. We have built three-tier Tres Leches wedding cakes.
The one difference on a tiered cake is the soak. We do not soak it as heavily as we would a single-tier Tres Leches, because the lower tiers have to carry the weight above them and the cake needs to stay stable through delivery and setting up. It still tastes like Tres Leches, it is simply built to hold its shape. We will talk this through when we quote rather than surprising you on the day.
