What we are known for

Sculpted cakes. Plenty of bakeries will frost you a round cake beautifully; far fewer will hand-carve a free-standing Christmas tree with individually piped branches and lit ornaments, or a shark, or a Darth Vader helmet, or a Dunkin coffee cup with a matching doughnut. That carved work takes days rather than hours, and it is the part of this job we enjoy most.

Alongside it we make the cakes that mark the big days, tiered wedding cakes with hand-made sugar roses, quinceañera cakes matched to the dress, and the birthday cakes that make up most of our week.

How we work

• Everything is made to order. Nothing comes out of a freezer.
• We will tell you what will not work. If a Pinterest cake is a styled prop, or fondant is the wrong call for your July garden reception, we say so.
• We quote firm prices. You get a number within 24 hours, not a vague range.
• We deliver tiered cakes. Stacked cakes are assembled on site, they do not travel safely once built.
